Join us out into the world computational architectures

There is no other way to bond the glory of past pioneering ages with the hope for the future: the present!

Founded in 2012 from an idea conceived by Professor Raffaele Montella as early as the 1980s, the MArC – Museum of Computational Architectures was established to preserve and interpret the technological foundations of our digital present.

About Us

MArC: an inspirational walkway for tomorrow innovators.

In an era where innovation rapidly renders devices obsolete, MArC provides historical context to computational progress.
From 1970s computer components and early personal systems to 1990s mobile phones, pioneering video game consoles, and modern high-performance computing architectures, the museum traces the evolutionary path of computation across generations of technology.

Vibe programming is cool, but poorly sustainable! Deep dive in the history of computation and learn how with the great powers of low-level computer science and computer engineering knowledge can face the great responsibility of today Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity challenges.

News and Items from the MArC

MArC stands as a bridge between past innovation and future possibility, reminding us that only by understanding the present as part of a continuous technological journey can we truly connect the glory of pioneering ages with the hope of what lies ahead.
